- Ironwood requires three compiled-in defaults to be on: Zcash, shielded transactions, and zcash_ironwood_enabled.
- The "Ironwood migration banner" (#58493) shipped in 1.95.101 before Ironwood was on by default, so it is not evidence of Ironwood availability.
