- Switch AssetTimePrice.date and TransactionInfo's time fields from mojo_base.mojom.TimeDelta to JSTime, so they carry a real epoch-ms timestamp instead of a raw delta callers had to convert by hand. Updates all wallet backends and frontend consumers accordingly, dropping several now-unneeded conversion helpers.
