ZEC (Zcash) is missing from Brave Wallet’s Default base cryptocurrency dropdown. Allow users to select ZEC as their default, as requested by Zooko: “I wish I could make ZEC my default base currency.” Related: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/51665 cc @kdenhartog
