This PR introduces basic v6 transaction support: v6 part added to ZCashTransaction along with FromValue\ToValue methods. ZCashTxData is_shielded field changed from boolean to ZCashTokenType to allow ironwood tokens. TokenType to ZecTxInput/ZecTxOutput Testplan: Verify transaprent transaction works as expected. Resolves https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/57791
