Tracking issue: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/50156 This PR adds a gn var and buildflag for enabling Brave Wallet. It also sets enable_brave_wallet to false if is_brave_origin_branded=true. It is out of scope to have the enable_brave_wallet=false flag work on Android completely, although this work gets us mostly there. There are Java related problems that we need to handle with a bigger refactor separately later. iOS is also out of scope. CI currently only…
