Resolves https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/50841 This is a part of s->t transactions support. New ZCashCreateOrchardToTransparentTransactionTask that constructs s->t transactions presented. Workflow is done in a similar way to other tasks like t->t, t->s, s->s. ZCashCreateOrchardToTransparentTransactionTask picks correct inputs and outputs for an transaction intent. Task itself is not yet integrated to any ux flows. This is TBD.
